The Role Permanent, Part-Time 24 hours per week 0.6 FTE  - Assist nursing staff with clinical procedures including vital signs, ECGs, and urinalysis per study protocols. - Enter accurate real-time data into participant records and ensure quality control measures. - Complete tasks promptly within protocol deadlines. - Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in ward areas. - Deliver standardised meals to participants, adhering to dietary restrictions. - Support senior nursing staff and perform additional tasks as directed. - Adhere to NZCR Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Working Procedures consistently. Skills and Experience - Demonstrated training or experience in a related field. - Self-motivated, well-organised, and capable of working independently. - Proficient in following defined processes. - Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends. - Comfortable working under tight deadlines and pressure. - Excellent time management abilities. - Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and participants. - Professional and personable communication skills. - Ability to follow directions promptly and accurately. - Healthcare specific experience would be beneficial.
