Following our recent $80m Series C funding, we are ready to push beyond The opportunity: We're looking for a driven Project Manager to lead complex, high-stakes transformation initiatives from planning through execution. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and operations, coordinating cross-functional teams across Tech, Product and Marketplace Operations to deliver measurable results on tight timelines. This is a role for someone who thrives on ambiguity, enjoys bringing order to complexity, and wants direct exposure to senior leadership from day one. What you will do: - Own end-to-end project planning: scope, timeline, milestones, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication - Coordinate work streams across multiple business functions, ensuring alignment and accountability - Build and maintain executive-ready reporting (dashboards, status decks, steering committee updates) - Identify interdependencies, bottlenecks, and risks before they become problems — and drive resolution - Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders at all levels, from analysts to C-suite - Translate strategic objectives into actionable workplans and track progress against KPIs - Support change management efforts to ensure new processes and structures stick Workplace: Belo Horizonte & Hybrid
