About the role
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Company's real estate development business, overseeing the successful delivery of existing projects while driving the continued growth of the development portfolio.
The role focuses on leading the full lifecycle of development projects, identifying new investment and development opportunities, building strong relationships with government authorities, investors, and strategic partners, and ensuring sustainable business growth. The CEO has full accountability for the business unit's financial performance, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence.
