Procom’s areas of staffing expertise include: • Application Development • Project Management • Quality Assurance • Business/Systems Analysis • Datawarehouse & Business Intelligence • Infrastructure & Network Services • Risk Management & Compliance • Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery • Security & Privacy Specialties• Contract Staffing (Staff Augmentation) • Permanent Placement (Staff Augmentation) • ICAP (Contractor Payroll) • Flextrack (Vendor Management System) ICS / CygNet SCADA Engineer - On behalf of our client in the Oil and Gas sector Procom Services is looking for 4 ICS / CygNet SCADA Engineers for a long term Contract in Houston TX.  The successful candidate will have experience with SCADA CygNet (primarily database/graphics).   ICS / CygNet SCADA Engineer Job Details - Provides CygNet development and support using tools such as database configuration utilities, graphics editor and other administration tools. - Active participant with operational change management - Provides leadership, along with the Clients' Technical Authority,  for the overall instrument and control design efforts - Ensures that appropriate design specifications and standards are being used in the design process - Ensures project design is consistent with the client's integrity management standard use of Guidance on Certification and industry standards - Reviews and provides comments on instrumentation and control designs - Reviews P&ID's, loop drawings, instrument specifications, and instrument selection - Provides safe, operable, and efficient equipment designs that are aligned with EHS standards, policies and procedures. - Perform break-fix and troubleshooting support of CygNet and its related infrastructure including business interfaces, remote devices, HMI network and hardware platforms. - Assists in checkout, commissioning, and startup - Assists with the development of operation procedures and training - Communicates and coordinates with Project Engineers and Project Leads - Monitors performance of Engineering Contractor discipline engineers and reports deviations from acceptable performance - Coordinates work efforts with the Technical Authority  ICS / CygNet SCADA Engineer Mandatory Skills - CygNet SCADA - Pipeline design/modeling - Project management - SCADA graphics/database development - Personnel management - SCADA system commissioning  ICS / CygNet SCADA Engineer Start Date July, 2016   ICS / CygNet SCADA Engineer Assignment Length 12 Month + Contract All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
