PT Entry Level Distribution Clerk (Weekdays & Statutory Holidays)

Part-Time (around 15-20 hours per week based on business needs) - Available Weekdays & Statutory Holidays) Address: 12151 Horseshoe Way, Richmond BC Distribution Process - Ensure accurate and optimal inventory levels at both Greenfield Produce ("GFD") and at its suppliers for business operations. - Fulfil and manage the distribution of all store orders in a timely manner. - Ensure proper cost, selling prices, and margins at GFD and proper cost to Kin's Farm Market stores and affiliates from all the vendors of GFD. - All the products must be correctly allocated to the proper store from the right vendor and the right quantities and price with the right labels at the right time. - Track daily/weekly inventory requirements to meet sales targets, ads, store booking, and orders. - Review store orders for peculiarities, bringing forth concerns before finalization of orders. - Perform the confirmation of all the purchase orders. - Coordinate product allocation of special events such as marketing donations, etc. Qualifications: - Completion of Secondary Education. - Work a flexible schedule. - Well organized with fine attention to detail. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Excellent planning and prioritizing skills. - Able to interact with customers in a friendly and cheerful manner. - Able to work independently and as a member of a team.
