About the role

Product Management
The Sales Operations Supervisor is responsible for the sales process to reference customers in quantitative terms (budget, turnover, profitability) and qualitative terms (application of the Brand instructions in the choice of products), operating in line with the instructions received. The Sales Operations Supervisor supervises the correct execution of customer purchase orders in terms of quantity (budget) and quality, ensuring that the Brand's instructions regarding product choice are respected. The main objectives of the position include: - Supervision, execution, and guarantee of all activities related to product management, space design, and, in general, preparation of sales campaigns for showrooms, including support in scheduling appointments with customers, in line with the Brand guidelines - Upon request of the Management, planning of the sales campaign and support in defining the budget, ensuring the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives in terms of purchase orders - Support the Sales Direction in developing the reference market and channel (customers and sales) - Verifies the correct execution of customer purchase orders in terms of quantity (budget) and quality, ensuring that the Brand's instructions are respected - Studies and processes a preliminary evaluation of assigned customers to define a product assortment compliant with the customer type and maximize company profits - Maintains and promotes constant contact with the network to analyze, manage, and report any customer complaints and product trends - Deepens and keeps their knowledge of the collection and seasonal projects constantly updated - Contributes to the development of the sales team's skills through suitable online and offline training activities. These skills must include, in particular: products, customers, and sales techniques - Develops the reference market by identifying new business opportunities and growing the assigned customer portfolio - Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written) - Proven experience in showroom management - Previous experience in a luxury environment is highly preferred - A natural ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients  - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Flexibility and willingness to travel
