Transaction Advisory Senior Associate

Mowery & Schoenfeld is seeking an ambitious and curious accounting professional with a drive to problem solve, ongoing learning, and exemplary client service. Do you consider yourself to have an entrepreneurial mindset? Do you have a mix of public and corporate accounting experience and have an interest in the transaction advisory space? The TAS Senior Associate will be responsible for conducting financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions as well as search funds. A successful candidate will communicate effectively with clients, target company management, investment bankers, and other client advisors on a transaction. Additionally, someone who has a strong understanding of GAAP as well as an ability to problem solve and see the whole picture of an engagement.
