Private Client Tax Manager/ Senior Manager

Mowery & Schoenfeld is seeking an ambitious and curious tax or senior tax manager with particular interest and expertise in private wealth and high-net worth group, mentoring younger staff, seeking ongoing learning, and providing exemplary client service. Tax Managers operate as leaders and mentors within our Firm by demonstrating the ability to: - Lead engagements by meeting client needs with a sense of urgency. - Develop recommendations and maintaining client relationships by balancing the client needs along with other assignments and deadlines. - Provide proactive advice based on their knowledge of tax law, particularly within the private wealth and high-net worth group - Demonstrate initiative to creatively solve issues in collaboration with the lead. - Leverage technology to automate both internal and client processes to improve efficiency. - Act as a mentor to younger staff and work directly with Senior Managers and Partners. Qualified candidates who can work in-office or hybrid schedules are strongly preferred.
