Kelly Services Our client, one of the leading healthcare companies, is currently seeking experienced Switchboard Operators for their Cincinnati/Mason, OH office. Anticipated Start Date: Monday, 4/17 Anticipated Duration:4/17/17 - 2/10/2018 Pay Rate: $16.00/hour The Switchboard Operator is responsible for receiving calls on client's 1-800 telephone lines and responds to inquiries and requests for assistance. Responsibilities: Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Identifies problem, troubleshoots, and provides advice to assist callers. Understands WellPoint structure and how the to direct the calls to the appropriate area. Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma, three or more years related experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Proficient analytical, communication and vocational skills required.
