What We Offer: - Training & Growth: 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development. - Compensation at Leaders Furniture: This is an hourly, plus commission-based role with uncapped earnings—your success is directly tied to your effort. What You Bring: - Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter) - Ability to lift 25 lbs. - Must be able to travel to Largo for a week of training and twice annually to sales meetings. - Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat, positive attitude - Comfort with POS systems Leaders is a drug-free workplace.
