Operations Excellence Manager - Revenue Cycle Management

The Operations Excellence Manager - Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is responsible for supporting strategic and operational improvements across the revenue cycle with a primary focus on accelerating cash collections, increasing cash velocity, reducing revenue leakage, and improving overall financial performance. This role serves as a key operational and analytical partner to Revenue Cycle leadership and frontline teams. The Operations Excellence Manager leverages data, analytics, and process improvement methodologies to identify performance trends, uncover root causes, prioritize opportunities, and lead initiatives that deliver measurable operational and financial results. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management and does not initially have direct reports. This position will report to the Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management and if not local to the Des Moines, IA area, can work remotely with required occasional travel as needed.
