Operations Coordinator Bloomington, CA (Onsite) Full-Time Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Compensation Range: $25 – $30 per hour About Cargomatic - Cargomatic is revolutionizing the transportation industry - Founded in 2013, we power local freight through the first and largest digital marketplace for local trucking - Our AI-enabled platform uses real-time data to match shippers with available drivers, improving efficiency across the supply chain - Recognized as a Built In Best Places to Work, reflecting our people-first culture and commitment to growth, collaboration, and impact About the Role - Support daily terminal and delivery operations in a fast-paced environment - Serve as a key operations and coordination partner for drivers, dock supervisors, and internal teams - Ensure smooth dock launches and high levels of on-time pickup and delivery performance - Provide consistent, high-quality customer and driver support - This role is onsite in Bloomington, CA and aligned to standard weekday business hours What You’ll Do - Provide high-level customer service and operational support - Support drivers and serve as a primary point of contact during daily operations - Coordinate with dock supervisors to ensure successful daily dock launches - Lead and coordinate drivers to maintain on-time pickup and delivery performance - Maintain accurate driver records, including times, routes, and special handling instructions - Manage KPIs, open job reports, and daily POD reconciliation - Oversee pickup dispatch management, including B2B and B2C assignments - Support key customer accounts and provide ETAs as requested - Manually build jobs when required and input rate adjustments - Track and trace shipments to ensure service expectations are met - Provide ad-hoc delivery and pickup coverage as needed - Attend weekly operations meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrated experience in customer support and customer satisfaction - Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in real time - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes - Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills - Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities - Ability to prioritize tasks and operate with a strong sense of urgency Preferred Qualifications - Previous dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience - Bilingual in Spanish Benefits & Perks - Medical, dental, and vision coverage with multiple plan options, including HSA-eligible plans - Company-paid life insurance and short- and long-term disability coverage - Flexible spending accounts and dependent care savings options - Employee Assistance Program with confidential counseling, legal, and financial resources - Wellness programs and benefit advocacy support Equal Opportunity Employer - Cargomatic is an equal opportunity employer - We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees
