Medical Writer & Medical Project Manager| Hybrid| Spain

We are looking for a Medical Writer & Medical Project Manager to join our Scientific Communication Unit, one of Evidenze’s specialized business units, dedicated to delivering high-quality scientific and medical communication services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare sectors. As part of Evidenze, an international healthcare group, we combine scientific expertise, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of healthcare challenges to develop impactful scientific content, medical education initiatives, publications, and communication projects"  To learn more about our Scientific Communication Unit, please visit: https://scientific-communication.evidenze.com/ - Design, develop, and coordinate scientific communication projects. - Write, review, edit, and adapt scientific content in both Spanish and English. - Interpret scientific literature and prepare high-quality medical and scientific materials. - Cover congresses, advisory boards, expert meetings, and other scientific events. - Coordinate interactions with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). - Manage assigned projects and act as the main point of contact for clients. - Identify unmet client needs and proactively propose new projects and solutions. - Provide scientific support to multidisciplinary teams across the agency. - Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. - University degree and/or postgraduate qualification in Health or Biomedical Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedicine, Veterinary Medicine, or related disciplines). - Native Spanish speaker or C2 level proficiency in Spanish (mandatory). - Fluent English and Spanish, both written and spoken. - Strong scientific writing, communication, and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines. - Previous experience as a Medical Writer, Medical Advisor, or within scientific departments of pharmaceutical companies or healthcare communication agencies will be highly valued. - Permanent full-time contract. - Immediate start. - Hybrid working model. - Continuous learning and professional development opportunities. - Career growth within a well-established healthcare organization. - Participation in innovative and impactful scientific projects. - Collaborative, dynamic, and multidisciplinary work environment. - Flexible benefits package. - The opportunity to work alongside highly qualified professionals in a challenging and rewarding environment.
