We are looking for Tax and Statutory Reporting Controller who will join a global Pharma company located in Krakow.
Responsibilities:
- Statutory Filings: Prepare annual financial statements in line with Local GAAP requirements for group legal entities.
- GAAP Reconciliation: Ensure reconciliation between Local GAAP and US GAAP.
- Audit Coordination: Manage statutory calendars, working with auditors and departments. Own the process of addressing auditors’ requests.
- Tax Compliance: Assist with tax provisions and returns.
- Policy Implementation: Implement accounting policies/standards.
- Improvement Initiatives: Identify and drive process improvements.
