Job Description - Independently manage the entire recruitment process for various departments, ensuring a quick and efficient candidate experience. - Conduct interviews and identify the best talent for our team. - Manage applicants and coordinate appointments between candidates and internal stakeholders. - Serve as a strategic partner for our departments and provide professional support in recruiting. - Monitor current recruiting trends and contribute ideas for further development of our hiring strategies. Qualifications - Excellent knowledge of German (mandatory). - Experience in recruiting, ideally in an international company. - Ability to work independently and responsibly in a dynamic environment. - Structured working style and the ability to motivate and inspire people.
