Commercial HVAC Installer Ready to Lead?
Morris Heating & Cooling is hiring an experienced Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to lead crews and commercial new construction projects throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
We're looking for someone who knows commercial HVAC installation, can read plans, solve problems in the field, and confidently lead a crew from installation through project completion.
EPA Universal Certification, Kentucky Journeyman License, commercial HVAC new construction experience, and regional travel are required.

What You’ll Do
- Lead commercial HVAC new construction installations
- Supervise and support field crews
- Install commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, controls, and related equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other trades
- Troubleshoot installation and system issues
- Train and mentor technicians in the field
- Maintain project timelines, workmanship, and productivity
- Ensure work meets company and OSHA safety standards
- Complete required installation and project documentation
- Travel to commercial projects throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana
