Your New Role
- Prepare accurate construction estimates for projects
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project documents to determine scope, timelines, and cost structures
- Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Oversee subcontractor bidding, contract negotiations, and compliance with safety and legal standards
- Lead project teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and timely delivery
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
- Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to protect budgets and timelines
- Maintain organized project documentation, reports, and cost tracking
- Conduct quality control checks and participate in preconstruction meetings
- Utilize estimating and project management software, including bidding tools such as Accubid, to evaluate project performance
- Operate in a fast-paced construction environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Report daily to the office and oversee projects across the tri-state area
