Your New Role
- Install commercial HVAC systems on new construction, retrofit, tenant improvement, and renovation projects
- Install rooftop units up to 25 tons, split systems, ductwork, fittings, and related HVAC equipment
- Complete installations for apartment complexes, light commercial buildings, and residential projects as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and installation specifications
- Work closely with project managers, shop fabrication, and fellow installers to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site while representing the company with customers and contractors
- Support both commercial and residential installation work as business needs require
