What You’ll Do - Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, and related HVAC equipment - Complete residential HVAC replacements and installation projects - Perform HVAC service, repair, and maintenance work as needed - Work primarily with Lennox equipment, along with other HVAC brands - Perform basic electrical and piping work related to HVAC installations - Complete sheet metal work as needed - Support indoor air quality and ventilation projects - Communicate professionally with homeowners about equipment and completed work - Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites - Follow manufacturer specifications and company installation standards - Take ownership of the quality and completion of your work
