Your responsibilities will include: - Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems - Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, and other heating and cooling equipment - Perform preventative HVAC maintenance - Identify repair and replacement needs based on system condition - Manage service calls from diagnosis through completion with minimal supervision - Resolve complex HVAC issues using practical, field-based troubleshooting - Clearly explain system issues, repair options, and recommendations to customers - Perform light commercial HVAC service and repair - Assist with HVAC installations when needed - Support indoor air quality, ventilation, and related HVAC work - Maintain high standards for workmanship, professionalism, and customer service
