Your New Role - Work from an office location in Rancho Cucamonga, California, while performing field service for customer locations. - Respond to service calls and complete diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on industrial refrigeration systems. - Perform hot and cold compressor and motor alignments. - Service and repair reciprocating, scroll, rotary, and screw compressors. - Complete compressor rebuilds and shaft seal replacements. - Troubleshoot refrigeration systems using electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic testing equipment. - Install expansion valves, control valves, and related refrigeration components. - Use oxy acetylene equipment when repairing and installing refrigeration equipment. - Install electrical wiring and connections for refrigeration equipment and control systems. - Test refrigeration lines, connections, and components for leaks. - Complete startup and commissioning work on ammonia and synthetic refrigeration systems. - Diagnose computerized refrigeration controls, PLCs, microprocessors, and control panels. - Provide professional service while developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. - Gather project details and assist with customer proposals. - Accurately complete work orders, timecards, and required documentation on schedule using SimPRO. - Keep truck inventory organized and equipment ready for field service. - Generate purchase orders for truck stock and materials needed for jobs. - Follow EPA regulations and maintain required certifications. - Perform work independently while coordinating with customers, vendors, and team members. - Participate in overtime, on call rotations, and flexible scheduling based on customer needs.
