Zadok Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial construction projects in Payson, UT.
This role is for a proven Superintendent with direct General Contractor experience who can lead complex commercial projects from start to finish.

Your New Role
- Work as a Commercial Construction Superintendent on projects in Payson, Utah, and surrounding areas
- Manage day-to-day field operations for ground-up commercial construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials, inspections, schedules, and site logistics
- Keep subcontractors informed and accountable for schedule, safety, and quality expectations
- Read and work from construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and project documents
- Monitor progress and address field issues before they impact the project schedule or budget
- Maintain job site safety standards and construction compliance requirements
- Complete daily reports and maintain accurate field and project documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and inspectors
- Use construction management software to track progress and communicate project information
- Oversee projects through completion while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule requirements
