Earn $30–$70 per hour servicing advanced commercial refrigeration and HVACR systems throughout Denver. What You’ll Get - $30.00 to $70.00 per hour based on experience, certifications, and technical expertise - Progressive pay increases tied to certification achievements and professional development - Company vehicle - Gas card - Company phone - Tool account - Company-specified base medical plan 100% covered for employees and 70% covered for dependents - Option to upgrade the medical plan for an additional cost - Dental and vision insurance - Retirement benefits - Sick leave - Paid holidays - Paid time off with negotiable starting accrual - Health Savings Account (HSA) - Ongoing training and cross-training opportunities in commercial and industrial refrigeration systems - Relocation assistance may be available on a case-by-case basis Why Technicians Choose This Role - Work on advanced commercial and industrial refrigeration equipment - Build expertise in compressor rebuilds, refrigeration controls, PLCs, and electrical diagnostics - Service reciprocating, scroll, rotary, and screw compressors - Gain hands-on experience with complex refrigeration systems and controls - Work alongside experienced professionals who support continuous technical development - Take ownership of service work that keeps customer operations running - Build a long-term career with a company that rewards initiative, certifications, and professional growth What You’ll Do - Travel throughout Denver, Colorado, to diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration and HVACR systems - Perform hot and cold compressor and motor alignments - Repair and maintain reciprocating, scroll, rotary, and screw compressors - Complete compressor rebuilds and shaft seal replacements - Troubleshoot refrigeration systems using electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic testing equipment - Install and service expansion valves, control valves, and refrigeration system components - Use oxy-acetylene equipment to repair and install refrigeration systems - Install wiring and electrical connections for refrigeration equipment and control systems - Test refrigerant lines, components, and connections for leaks - Perform commissioning and startup of commercial refrigeration systems utilizing synthetic refrigerants - Troubleshoot computerized refrigeration controls, PLCs, microprocessors, and control panels - Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and service - Complete work orders, service documentation, and timecards accurately within the SimPRO system - Obtain customer approvals and signatures before leaving job sites - Maintain company vehicle, truck stock, tools, and equipment in a clean and organized condition - Generate purchase orders and coordinate materials required for service work - Collaborate with customers and team members to keep projects moving through completion - Participate in overtime and on-call rotations as needed to support customer operations Hiring Expectations: Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience.
