RN PM Supervisor

This position is located at the Waukesha Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center- one of the finest long-term care and rehab facilities in Waukesha, Wisconsin.  Our focus is on Caring Above and Beyond values to deliver quality care for some amazing older adults. This role is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day comprehensive nursing care within the facility and providing direction to the clinical nursing team. Additionally responsible for maintaining the standards of nursing care and practices within the facility to meet the physical, psychosocial and rehabilitative needs of our residents. Schedule is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays 2:30pm - 11:00pm This role will supervise Team Waukesha Springs, assuring the coaching, development and support the well being of all staff.
