Join our Happeners!   - Actively identify and acquire new clients for Coface Business Information services. - Generate and qualify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline. - Present Coface Business Information solutions and conduct meetings with prospective clients. - Understand clients' business needs and recommend appropriate business information, monitoring, and risk management solutions. - Prepare tailored commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the Business Information portfolio. - Follow up with new customers and support a smooth onboarding process. - Monitor market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities. - Maintain accurate sales records and reports using existing IT tools. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to maximize business opportunities.   - Bachelor's degree (professional or university level) in Economics, Business, or another relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience; - Higher vocational degree in Economics, Business, or another relevant field, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to build long-term business relationships. - Professional working proficiency in English and Croatian/Serbian. - Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. - Valid Category B driver's license. - Native-level proficiency in Slovenian and permanent residency in Slovenia are required   - Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period in a stable international company with a long-standing tradition. - Flexible and hybrid work arrangements supporting a healthy work-life balance. - A modern and dynamic work environment that values diversity and inclusion. - A structured onboarding program with the support of a dedicated buddy who will guide you through the role, products, and organization. - Free access to a language-learning platform offering up to six foreign languages, including instructor-led group courses that can also be attended during working hours. - Opportunities for career development within the Group and the region, as well as collaboration with international teams. - Team-building activities, social events, and corporate social responsibility initiatives
