Strategic Operations Intern

ABOUT THE ROLE Support the founding team at an early-stage AI recruiting company with strategic projects across operations, growth, and talent workflows. This role helps improve the processes behind a technology platform connecting candidates with startup opportunities. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Support strategic projects across business operations, growth, and talent workflows. - Analyze data and build spreadsheet models or reports to inform operational decisions. - Document processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows. - Coordinate multiple projects and deliverables with minimal supervision. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Experience with data analysis, spreadsheet modeling, or business intelligence tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau. - Experience with process documentation, workflow optimization, or operational project management. - Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for documents and collaboration. - Experience in a startup, scale-up, or other fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently. - Experience with recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations workflows is helpful. - Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or recruiting software, and exposure to AI tools or AI-driven business models, is a plus. - Available for the current internship cycle.
