Senior Founding Product Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early-stage B2B software team building an AI-enabled regulatory and product compliance platform for manufacturers and retailers. You will own engineering across the product and infrastructure stack, collaborating directly with users to shape and deliver features. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and maintain software across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure. - Turn product priorities into shipped features that provide measurable user value. - Speak directly with customers to understand their needs and inform product direction. - Improve and scale the codebase as the product and team grow. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 3 years of full-time software engineering experience, including shipping products to real users. - Production experience as a full-stack engineer using TypeScript, React, and Python. - Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, and Google Cloud. - Experience working at an early-stage startup and comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration. - Strong product sense and a user-centered approach to solving problems. - An AI-native mindset, including daily use of AI agents and tools in your work. - Fluency in German and English; experience in B2B SaaS, LegalTech, RegTech, or AI/ML is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary is €80,000 to €90,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Hybrid, with on-site work four days per week in Munich, Germany.
