Founding Product Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early-stage B2B software team building an AI-powered compliance platform for manufacturers and retailers. You will work closely with engineers and users to turn product priorities into useful, shipped features in the regulatory compliance space. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Turn the product roadmap into shipped features and measurable user value. - Engage directly with users to understand their needs and shape the product roadmap. - Maintain, refactor, and scale the codebase as the product evolves. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Experience shipping software products to end users. - Technical work experience or an academic background in computer science or a related field; the role is open to candidates with a range of experience. - A user-focused product mindset and the ability to identify patterns across customer needs. - Comfort using AI agents as part of your day-to-day development workflow. - Fluency in German and English. - Experience with TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Early-stage startup, B2B SaaS, LegalTech, RegTech, or AI/ML experience is helpful. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual base salary: €65,000 to €75,000. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Hybrid role based in Munich, Germany, with an expectation of four days per week in the office.
