Product Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE Join a small founding team building AI-powered software for private-market operations. You will shape the core interface and workflows that help operations teams review and act on AI-generated work with clarity and confidence. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Develop and maintain the product's design system and UX patterns. - Create interfaces that connect users with AI agents and data sources. - Build human review, approval, and action flows for agent outputs. - Conduct user research with operations stakeholders and use findings to improve the product. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - One to seven years of professional frontend engineering experience, with strong product intuition and UX craft. - Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS. - Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications. - A track record building workflow-driven interfaces with human review, exception handling, or approval steps. - Practical experience with AI, machine learning, or LLM product features, including communicating trust and clarity through interface design. - Experience conducting user research and usability testing to guide product decisions. - Familiarity with private markets or financial operations is helpful. - Comfort working closely with a small team and iterating quickly based on stakeholder feedback. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary: €70,000 to €110,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany.
