Site HSE Manager (Project Košice)

Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. - Lead and promote a strong Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) culture across the project and contractor teams. - Develop, implement and maintain the Site HSE Management System, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements. - Conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections and incident investigations to continuously improve site safety performance. - Deliver HSE training, inductions and awareness programs, while supporting emergency response and Permit to Work processes. - Monitor HSE KPIs, prepare reports, manage documentation and support supplier HSE qualification and continuous improvement initiatives. - Degree in Health, Safety, Environment, Engineering, or a recognized HSE qualification (e.g., NEBOSH); additional certifications are an advantage. - Minimum 5 years of site-based HSE leadership experience in Construction/Commissioning on large international projects. - Strong knowledge of Slovak and international HSE regulations, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SCC, and HSE best practices. - Certified ISO 14001/45001 Auditor with good MS Office skills. - Fluent in Slovak and English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
