Are you passionate about turning complex technical knowledge into engaging learning experiences? As our Training Manager, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training solutions for clients operating Waste-to-X (WtX), Renewable Gas (RG) and Power-to-X (PtX) plants, helping their teams operate and maintain our technologies safely and effectively. Your responsibilities - Manage client training activities from start to finish, ensuring that the agreed scope, schedule, quality standards and budget are met throughout the project. - Develop tailored training concepts and materials, including interactive learning systems, online content, graphics, animations and project-specific terminology. - Coordinate training delivery with all relevant stakeholders, including clients, project teams, suppliers, commissioning and operations teams, technical specialists and translation providers. - Deliver and supervise classroom, hands-on training and online training for shift team leaders, operators and maintenance personnel, including approximately three months of international site travel per year. - Drive the continuous improvement of our training solutions by enhancing training methods and software, supporting tender and budget preparation, developing internal Academy programes and sharing lessons learned across future projects. - Degree in mechanical, electrical or process engineering, or a comparable technical qualification, combined with in-depth knowledge of process engineering. - Proven experience in plant operation or commissioning, ideally gained within interdisciplinary projects in a complex international organisation. - Strong training and content-development experience, including preparing training concepts and creating clear learning materials using text, graphics, photos and animations. - Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics, motivate participants and coach less-experienced colleagues. - Fluent spoken and written English, German language will be an advantage. - Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and Visio, and a client-oriented, proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.  We offer • Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity • Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company • Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy • Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines • Excellent employment conditions • Attractive working place (central, good transport links) • Modern infrastructure For HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
