Site Manager (EPC Project Renewable Gas)

Find out more about Kanadevia Inova at www.kanadevia-inova.com. - Supervise the construction of anaerobic digestion plants across all civil, mechanical, and electrical/instrumentation phases, ensuring compliance with client specifications, KVI technical requirements and deliverables ,monitoring construction project progress, and controlling subcontractor costs. - Coordinate and supervise site personnel and subcontractors, planning and overseeing installation activities to ensure proper execution and adherence to project schedules. - Verify the compliance of materials delivered to site, as well as their proper storage and preservation, collecting delivery documentation, and coordinating with the logistics department. - Ensure site safety, acting as the responsible person on site and reporting safety performance (by KVI tools) and issues to management. - Proactively collaborate with PEMs and technical specialists to finalize site technical aspects. - Collaborate with the project team and technical departments, coordinating site quality control processes and providing regular construction discipline progress reports - Mechanical /Electrical Diploma or equivalent - Minimum 5 years of experience as Site Manager for construction projects - Experienced in the coordination of contracts and subcontractors - Experienced in site-technical office role overseeing the completion of mechanical (BOP) and electrical activities. - Knowledge of Italian construction and safety regulations - Fluent English We offer • Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity • Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company • Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy • Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines • Excellent employment conditions • Attractive working place (central, good transport links) • Modern infrastructure   Compensation Basic wage component (gross): 40000 EUR/year This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
