WE’RE HIRING | ACCOUNTANT
Are you a detail-oriented Accountant who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems and ensuring financial accuracy?
ICG Medical is looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team at our Plattekloof office in Cape Town.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing accounts up to Trial Balance.
- Managing balance sheet reconciliations across our UK brands.
- Reviewing general ledger entries and financial transactions.
- Overseeing and administering the accounts payable process.
- Supporting month-end and year-end reporting.
- Identifying discrepancies and ensuring financial accuracy.
What we're looking for:
- A Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accounting.
- 5 years' experience in a finance department, including at least 2 years in an Accountant role.
- Strong general ledger and reconciliation experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (Business Central would be advantageous).
- Someone analytical, organised and confident working to deadlines.
