Software Engineer Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on R&D Team Leader with a strong background in Cloud computing development to lead a focused, agile team of 3 developers. In this role, you will balance direct people leadership with high-impact, hands-on technical contribution, guiding your team in architecting, designing, and delivering robust cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding and passion for the DevOps domain, drives high standards of engineering excellence, and thrives in mentoring developers while remaining close to the code to solve complex business problems. This is a hybrid position requiring three days a week from our office in Tel Aviv.
