About the role

Figma
We make offices quiet. We need you to make us loud. mute-labs is the EU market leader in acoustic phone booths: 20,000+ cabins sold, self-funded and profitable. Our booths reduce noise. Our social channels shouldn't. We’re looking for a full time Content Creator (m/f/d) to join our small Marketing Team toward the end of this year. You'll create paid and organic social content for mute-labs and Berlin Acoustics on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, taking each piece from idea to final edit. One more thing before you read on: we don't want your cover letter. We want an ad about yourself. Details below. What you'll do Paid Social - Work with our paid social team to decide which content is needed next - Concept, plan, shoot and edit paid social ads (Video and static) - Built up a design library together with our designer, making each new asset fit the brand - Play a key role in our monthly content production cycleOrganic Social - Concept, write, shoot, edit and schedule posts for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn - Design the visual assets for those posts - Keep all channels on brand - Track performance, report results and use what you learn in the next postsBrand Campaigns and Visual Assets - Turn brand concepts and core messages into content - Help concept, film or shoot and edit brand campaigns with our design teamNice to have - Designing static ads - Retouching product photos - Updating sales materials such as One Pagers, brochures, flyers You're our person if… - You think in hooks. You know why someone stops scrolling in the first second, and you can make it happen on purpose, for organic reach and for paid performance. - You can do the whole thing yourself. Concept, script, production, shoot and edit are all in your toolkit, and a phone and a quiet booth are enough for you to get started. - You have an eye for design. You're comfortable in tools like the Adobe Suite or Figma, and statics or image retouching don't scare you. - You are well organized. You can communicate with stakeholders and collaborators, getting all information you need and keeping them informed.  - You know your platforms. You understand the difference between what works on TikTok, what works on Instagram and what works on LinkedIn, and you adapt accordingly. - You work independently. You take a brief, run with it and come back with something better than we imagined. - You’re not shy in front of the camera. You are willing to star in our content, because sometimes no one else is available and turnaround is just quicker that way.  - You’re a teamplayer. Your job description is your core task, but you’re willing to learn and help out if someone from the small Marketing team needs support. What we offer - Creative freedom: Your ideas go live, and you see how they perform. - A bold brand: No stock-photo clichés. - Stability: We're self-funded, profitable and growing across Europe, with no investors. - Short decision paths: You work directly with marketing, paid social and design. How to apply Instead of writing us a letter, introduce yourself in the medium we want you to master: reels, slides, performing content! Basically an ad about yourself. Show us who you are, filmed and edited in the style you'd bring to mute-labs.  Want to jump straight to the top of the pile? Pitch us our next best-performing paid social ad. Show us the hook, the idea, or even a rough version of the ad itself. We don't expect perfection, we're looking for how you think.  Please send: - Your reel (upload or link) - Your CV - Your earliest start date and salary expectationsWe watch every reel and reply to every applicant. Ready? Hit record. Here at mute-labs, we aim to enable companies to achieve more by democratizing silence in the workspace. And we’re not like any other Berlin start-up you might know:  - We’re “no tech”: We know how to develop and sell great hardware products with a focus on sound-insulated phone- and meeting booths. - We have no investors and we really don’t want any. We've been profitable since day one. - We continue to have a steep growth curve – not in employees or coffee cups consumed, but in revenue and profit. - We’re not striving for an exit – we’re building a sustainable business for many generations to come. Wondering what it's like to work here? We made a reel about it! Are you as excited about mute-labs as we are? Then we are looking forward to getting to know you!
