Cleaner & Studio Support

SweatHouz is a premium wellness studio offering private infrared saunas, cold plunges, and vitamin-C showers in a calm, elevated environment. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Cleaner / Studio Support team member, you’ll work closely with our Sales Associates and Studio Manager to maintain an immaculate studio environment. While this is not a client-facing role, you will be working around members throughout the day, so professionalism, communication, and presentation matter. This is not a warehouse or industrial cleaning job — it’s about maintaining a peaceful, high-end space where guests come to relax and recharge. WHO THIS ROLE IS BEST SUITED FOR This role is a great fit for someone who: - Enjoys working in a clean, calm, aesthetically pleasing environment - Takes pride in details and presentation - Communicates well and works collaboratively with a team - Is dependable, organized, and proactive - Is comfortable working around clients in a wellness setting - Wants consistency and stability in a premium studio environment Experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness studios, spas, or boutique retail is a plus — but not required. RESPONSIBILITIES - Clean and sanitize private suites, restrooms, and showers to high standards - Deep clean infrared saunas and cold plunges - Maintain cleanliness of common areas (lobby, hallways, staff areas) - Handle laundry (towels and linens) as needed - Empty trash and restock supplies - Follow studio cleaning standards, procedures, and safety protocols - Communicate any maintenance or supply needs to the Studio Manager - Work collaboratively alongside Sales Associates during operating hours SCHEDULE - Full-time: approximately 40 hours per week - Must have flexibility to work midday and evenings on weekdays, and midday shifts on weekends REQUIREMENTS - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Clear communication skills - Reliable and punctual - Comfortable being on your feet and performing light physical tasks - Cleaning experience preferred but not required WHY WORK AT SWEATHOUZ? - Work in a beautiful, modern wellness studio - Supportive, respectful team environment - Consistent hours and structure - Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing wellness brand - Complimentary use of studio amenities (infrared sauna, cold plunge & vitamin-C showers) If you take pride in your work, enjoy maintaining beautiful spaces, and want to be part of a premium wellness environment, we’d love to hear from you.
