Teacher/Trainer

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional with a teaching, training, education, or instructional background to support the development of our workforce and organizational capabilities. - Develop and deliver training programs for employees across all departments. - Provide instruction on product knowledge, equipment operation, company procedures, and safety standards. - Assess training needs and identify skill gaps to improve employee performance. - Create and maintain training materials, manuals, presentations, and learning resources. - Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees. - Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. - Coach and mentor employees to support professional growth and career development. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and health and safety requirements. - Collaborate with department managers to align training objectives with business goals. - Promote a culture of continuous learning, operational excellence, and customer service.
