Join the power movement as a Lead Technician, Electrical Assembly Testing    The Lead Technician is a critical operational leadership role responsible for overseeing the execution, safety, and scheduling of testing across three distinct domains: Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (I&C), and Fiber Optics.   This role manages a blended team of internal technicians and specialized vendor partners, ensuring that daily testing, troubleshooting, and assembly milestones are hitsafely and efficiently. You will act as the operational bridge between Test Implementation Engineers, Responsible Engineers (REs), and the technicians executing work in the manufacturing environment.   Important Note on Technical Expertise: We do not expect candidates to be domainexperts in all three fields. We are looking for an experienced technical leader who possesses deep subject matter expertise in at least ONE of the core domains (Electrical, I&C, or Fiber Optics). The ideal candidate will leverage their primary expertise while learning the operational basics of the other domains to effectively schedule work, clear roadblocks, and manage specialized personnel.
