Job Title: Change Management Lead Work Location: US-IL-Chicago keep rates competitive Need Face to Face MUST HAVE: - Bachelor’s degree or higher - 5+ years of experience working in large-scale IT organizations - ITIL Foundation v3 certification - Extensive Change Management experience - Solid understanding of how various technologies fit together to deliver enterprise IT services - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts - Solid understanding of development processes, tools, and methodologies - Hands-on knowledge of information security concepts and best practices - Strong oral and written communication skills - Strong work ethic with the ability to complete tasks and deliverables under tight deadlines while maintaining flexibility - Ability to proficiently facilitate meetings and conduct briefings - Must be able to work on an on-call basis understanding that he/she may be called in to assist with major outages - Ability to work independently and as a team playerNICE TO HAVE: - BMC ITSM Service Suite All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
