About the Role We're hiring an overnight Security Officer for a transitional housing shelter in Sebastopol. This site serves individuals who are moving from homelessness into stable housing. You'll help keep the building safe and secure for residents, staff, and visitors, and work alongside site staff to create an environment that feels safe, supportive, and welcoming. The right person for this role leads with patience and respect, stays calm under pressure, and treats every resident with dignity. Schedule Saturday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Sunday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Must be available for both swing shifts, including holidays that fall on scheduled shift days.
