Partial Pricing Specialist

Who We Want Our Partial team prices the freight that doesn't fit neatly into a full truckload or a standard LTL network. As the Partial Pricing Specialist, you'll own customer bids for three specialized services: Partial truckload (PTL), Refrigerated LTL, and expedite / exclusive-use small truck (sprinter vans, box trucks, and straight trucks). You'll turn lane data, shipment profiles, and market intelligence into rates the company can stand behind, and partner closely with Business Development to win the right freight at the right margin. We're looking for someone with an analytical mind, a strong work ethic, and a real curiosity about how freight moves. You'll perform cross-department collaboration while independently executing RFPs daily.
