Structural Steel Fabricator Location: Arlington, TN Job Type: Full-Time Starting Pay: $21.00/hour; higher pay available depending on experience Shifts: 1st and 2nd shifts available 2nd Shift Differential: Additional 10% Schedule: Some Saturdays required Position Summary We are hiring a Structural Steel Fabricator with experience fitting and assembling steel components in a fabrication shop. This position requires the ability to read technical drawings, perform accurate material layout, and use fabrication equipment to prepare steel assemblies for welding and production. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with heavy materials, understands structural steel fabrication processes, and maintains a strong focus on quality and workplace safety.
