Leave of Absence (LOA) Analyst

The corporate office at The Menta Education Group is located at 2471 W Sullivan Rd, Aurora, IL 60506. Standard Operating Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday As a Leave of Absence (LOA) Analyst with The Menta Education Group, you will oversee the administration of all employee leave cases, including FMLA, short-term disability, long-term disability, state-mandated leaves,worker’s compensation, and ADA accommodations. This position provides empathetic communication while maintaining comprehensive regulatory compliance across all operating districts.   Location: 2471 W Sullivan Rd.  Aurora, IL 60506   Hours: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mon-Fri.    Salaried Position follows a 12 Month Corporate Calendar with paid benefit time off.
