Sales Assistant (H/F)

About Pysae Pysae builds software that helps public transport operators run their networks better: real-time fleet supervision (AVM / SAEIV), passenger information and workforce management. Around 40 people across Rennes, Paris and Milan, working with bus, coach and tram networks in France and internationally. The role As Sales Assistant, you will work hand in hand with our CRO and the sales team. Your mission: make the team faster and more effective, so sales people can spend their time with customers. You will be at the crossroads of sales, operations and marketing, with plenty of variety day to day. What you will do - Support the CRO and account executives in day-to-day sales activity: meeting preparation, follow-ups, scheduling and logistics - Help prepare commercial proposals, quotes and tender responses (gathering documents, formatting, checking deadlines and compliance) - Keep the CRM (Pipedrive) clean and up to date: contacts, deals, activities, reporting - Prepare sales dashboards and pipeline reports for the CRO - Monitor public tenders and market opportunities, and do prospect research - Help organise trade shows, events, webinars and customer visits - Be a friendly point of contact for prospects and customers, and liaise with internal teams (operations, product, finance) - Take on ad hoc projects to improve how the sales team works Travel This role is based in Paris, but you will travel regularly to support the team in the field: trade shows and industry events, customer meetings and demos, product presentations and other sales initiatives, in France and occasionally abroad.
