Restaurant Supervisor – Fundamental Hospitality, London Fundamental Hospitality is looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Supervisor to join our London team across GAIA, La Maison Ani and Shanghai Me. Our restaurants are known for exceptional cuisine, distinctive concepts and outstanding hospitality. The Role As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the management team with the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, taking an active role on the floor and leading the Front of House team throughout service. You will lead by example, maintain exceptional service standards and help create memorable guest experiences while ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Key Responsibilities - Support the management team with the daily running of the restaurant. - Lead, motivate and support the FOH team throughout service. - Ensure consistently high standards of service, presentation and guest experience. - Deliver daily briefings and assist with training and developing team members. - Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently. - Monitor grooming, cleanliness, mise en place and overall restaurant standards. - Support opening and closing procedures and maintain effective communication between departments.
