Position: Sr. Financial Controller/CFO Location: Saint George, UT 84770 (All 5 days onsite) Full Time - Permanent Opportunity Interview Process: Two phone interviews, followed by one or two in-person interviews, minimum of three references that we check. Background check and pre-employment drug screen as also mandatory to the process. Mandatory is cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex accounting issues to management/non-accountants. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ownership relies on this role for strategic input and direction Nice-to-have includes benefits administration experience. Commercial insurance knowledge.
