ABOUT AUROR At Auror, we’re empowering the retail industry to tackle theft and Organised Retail Crime, a $150 Billion problem globally. It’s high volume crime that’s increasingly organised in nature and is putting people, retailers, and communities at risk every day. Founded in New Zealand 12 years ago, we’re working with some of the best and largest retailers in the world across the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Auror is connecting people and intelligence to reduce crime. We’re using technology for good. Our mission is clear: reduce violent retail crime by 50% in 5 years. It's an ambitious goal - and one we believe is achievable. In partnership with our leading retail partners, we need people with the passion, determination, and innovation required to overcome one of the world's largest problems. If you’re looking to make a difference with and for the people dedicated to stopping crime, for good, then we want you on our team. We're also embracing the potential of AI to supercharge our impact - whether that's enhancing the way we detect trends, support our customers, or improve internal workflows. As a company, we're committed to responsibly incorporating AI into how we work and what we build, and we encourage all Aurors to be curious about how AI can elevate their work, regardless of role or function. THE ROLE Auror's Revenue Operations team builds the systems, data and processes that let our Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams move faster. We're adding our first in-region RevOps hire for North America. You'll be the primary RevOps partner for our North America Sales and Success teams and, with the timezone overlap, a key support for our UK team. It's a true generalist role covering the full breadth of RevOps work, reporting and insights, systems administration, process design, and automation - with a primary focus on Sales and Success. The core focus of the role is going to be around supporting and uplifting those teams in the day to day of the work they do - less time spent doing admin and more time in front of people doing what they do best. Alongside day-to-day support, you’ll own regional RevOps projects from scoping through to rollout, bringing the right people together, managing competing priorities, and making sure changes land well with the teams using them. RevOps at Auror is a new growing team and things are moving fast. Not much is documented yet, and we're building foundational systems and processes while keeping the GTM teams supported day to day. This role sits squarely on the "keep the teams supported" side of that - you'll be the person making sure they get what they need now, while the centralised team focuses on the larger foundational pieces. You'll also help us document and stabilise as you go. If you need a mature playbook, this isn't the right role, if building as you go excites you this might be for you. RESPONSIBILITIES In-region partnership - Act as the day-to-day RevOps contact for NA Sales and Success leaders and reps, and for the UK team during overlapping hours - Partnering with the local teams to ensure what we’re building is fit for purpose and being the key feedback loop - Triage and resolve a fast-moving queue of requests across functions, prioritising by business impact and keeping stakeholders informed on what's happening and when - Bring what you learn in region back to the wider RevOps team so it feeds into how we build solutions fit for purpose Project delivery & stakeholder management - Turn stakeholder needs into clear problem statements, agreed scope and practical delivery plans. - Own small-to-medium RevOps projects end to end, coordinating stakeholders and dependencies across regional GTM teams and the wider RevOps team. - Align stakeholders on priorities and trade-offs, communicate progress, and flag risks or blockers early. - See changes through to adoption, making sure teams understand what’s changing and that the work solves the original problem. Reporting & insights - Build and maintain dashboards and reports across our tools for regional leaders, supporting their growth and scale - Go beyond the dashboard, surface patterns, flag risks, and bring a point of view on what the data means for the region Systems administration - Support teams building across our tools, lead quick fixes, data hygiene and automation - Work with the wider team on rolling out large pieces of work to ensure we’re scaling the right way and teams are empowered Automation & AI - Identify repetitive work across Sales and Success (and Marketing where it makes sense) and remove it, using Salesforce Flow, HubSpot workflows, Zapier, Clay and AI tooling - Build enrichment, routing and data workflows in Clay and own the quality of what they produce - Use LLM-based tools to prototype and ship automations quickly, and help the GTM teams adopt AI in their own workflows - Document what you build so the rest of the team can support it   THIS ROLE REPORTS TO ADAM BURNS Profile image [https://media.licdn.com/dms/image/v2/C4D03AQEZRilVQHxOyg/profile-displayphoto-shrink_800_800/profile-displayphoto-shrink_800_800/0/1517245824643?e=1795651200&v=beta&t=zyrHIYwPb_pLwjS4e9JwU_qBnlhvHkcM2z3Jr-lyN3o] REQUIREMENTS - 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CS Operations or similar in B2B SaaS, with genuine hands-on experience supporting a combination of Sales, Success, and Marketing (2 out of the 3 at least) - You’re comfortable with Salesforce and Hubspot - you might not know all the bells and whistles but you’ve done a bit in there and know how to do some admin work - Working experience with Clay and Zapier (or equivalent), and a track record of shipping automations that stuck - Demonstrable experience using AI tooling to build and automate - you know how AI works and is best used. We don’t want AI slop here, we’re growing and need outcomes not volume - A track record of delivering cross-functional operational projects, with the ability to clarify ambiguous requests, manage expectations and bring stakeholders along, even when you don’t have formal authority - Comfortable juggling a wide, shifting task list from multiple stakeholders without dropping things or losing sight of the higher-leverage work - You’re comfortable with building wide ranging reporting across multiple GTM teams - Self-directed with good judgement - your team and manager are on the other side of the world so knowing what to action and when to escalate will be key - Comfortable operating without much documentation, and inclined to create it as you go - Problem solver, our team is deep in customer problems, creative thinking is required often to solve a problem We are looking for people who demonstrate a strong alignment to our Guiding Principles (you can find these on our Careers page https://www.auror.co/company-careers). With diversity and inclusion at the forefront of Auror’s guiding principles, we promote a culture that celebrates diversity and inclusiveness at Auror, regardless of, but not limited to, race, gender, sexual orientation, family status, religion, ethnicity, national origin, physical disability, veteran status, or age.
