Join us and shape the future of care. The Role We're hiring a Senior Growth Lead to define and lead growth strategy across the Fullscript patient experience. You'll shape how patients discover, choose, purchase, and continue using products on Fullscript, turning patient needs and business opportunities into measurable growth. In this role, you'll own growth performance across patient activation, conversion, retention, and lifecycle engagement. You'll connect product experiences, go-to-market initiatives, and growth channels to improve first-purchase conversion, repeat purchases, and sustainable revenue growth.
