Real Estate Lease & Title Associate

ROLE OVERVIEW Pivot Energy is seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Lease & Title Associate with a strong background in document drafting, review, execution, and cross-functional support. The role will support development activities by drafting lease related documents to prepare projects for construction and development loan fundings. In collaboration with your Manager and the Development Team at large, this role will prepare signature-ready documents for lease agreements, amendments, assignments, affidavits title curative measures, and other documents as necessary. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands-on experience supporting complex real estate transactions and working collaboratively with attorneys, lenders, title companies, county clerks, and internal business units. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is excited to join a development team as a key player ensuring all land, title and contractual documentation is accurate, complete and properly filed to help scale Pivot’s work in the solar and energy storage industry.
