Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Analyst based in Canada. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a strategically important Compliance and Risk program within the banking sector. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to identify, analyze, validate, and prioritize business requirements. You will examine complex banking processes and organizational workflows, translating them into clear functional and non-functional specifications. Your expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and regulatory compliance will help ensure that business needs are accurately understood and addressed. You will also contribute to test planning and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within an agile SAFe environment.
